When it comes to live poker games, one imagines a man in strict clothes dealing cards, sitting at a table with green cloth and soft lights. A croupier in poker.
How does a croupier work?
The people working in a casino who perform all the operations necessary to organize the game, such as dealing cards, spinning roulette and picking up lost chips, are called.
In a poker game, a croupier is also called a dealer. They are usually dressed in a white shirt and vest. Dealing the cards and making sure that the rules of the game are followed are his main duties. It is also his duty to inform them if any player has sat down at the table for the first time.
Poker hand rules begin with the setting of blinds, sometimes with an ante. Blinds are placed on two people, and ante is placed on everyone. This creates “dead” money with which the bidding begins.
The dealer deals cards to all participants after a blind bet. They deal preflop after assessing the strength of their hands. The first player’s first word goes to the left of the Big Blind (BB) in UTG position and then clockwise to the BB.

The order of action on a 6-max table: when all bets are equalized, the dealer will “burn” one card (i.e. remove one from the top and place it face up on the table) and place the first three cards on the table. On second street, or the flop, the bidding begins. The player to the left of the batton (BU) on SB will now speak the first word.
An example of the turn of play on the post-flop: everything is repeated after the betting is equalized. After the dealer “burns” a card, he adds the next card. Betting begins on the turn. Then the last card is the river. A scandal will occur if even now all bets are equal. The poker players remaining in the game will show their hands. If the combinations are equal in strength, the pot will go to the one who collected the stronger combination, or will be divided.
In accordance with the generally accepted rules, the dealer himself determines the result of the hand. He is impartial, unbiased and values his job and reputation.
